  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pitaya powder
Smoothie Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout
  • 2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
Instructions
  • Peel two (ripe) bananas and place into a ziploc bag or airtight container. Set in the freezer overnight.
  • Chia Pudding: Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and pitaya powder. Whisk together and set aside to thicken.
  • Smoothie: Combine frozen bananas, Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout, blue spirulina powder, and coconut milk into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Layer the chia pudding, smoothie, and (optional) coconut yogurt into a glass. Serve.

Recipe makes 2 servings.
