- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pitaya powder
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout
- 2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Peel two (ripe) bananas and place into a ziploc bag or airtight container. Set in the freezer overnight.
- Chia Pudding: Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and pitaya powder. Whisk together and set aside to thicken.
- Smoothie: Combine frozen bananas, Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout, blue spirulina powder, and coconut milk into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Layer the chia pudding, smoothie, and (optional) coconut yogurt into a glass. Serve.
