- 12 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 scoop Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout
- Remove pits from medjool dates. Combine medjool dates, unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cashews, and Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout into a food processor. Pulse until a mostly-smooth dough forms.
- Pour the unsweetened shredded coconut into a large bowl. Scoop the dough out of the food processor and transfer into the bowl. Use clean hands to fully combine the shredded coconut and the dough together.
- Form into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container.
