Watermelon-Coconut Energy Bites

  • 12 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout
  • Remove pits from medjool dates. Combine medjool dates, unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cashews, and Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout into a food processor. Pulse until a mostly-smooth dough forms.
  • Pour the unsweetened shredded coconut into a large bowl. Scoop the dough out of the food processor and transfer into the bowl. Use clean hands to fully combine the shredded coconut and the dough together.
  • Form into 1-inch balls. Store in an airtight container.
