Watermelon Goji Berry Pre Workout Bites

Base Ingredients
  • 20 medjool dates
  • 1 + ½ cup raw almonds
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  • 1 tbsp Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout
Optional Topping Ingredients
  • Coconut shreds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Remove pits from medjool dates.
  • Combine medjool dates, raw almonds, goji berries, and Nature’s Pump watermelon pre-workout into a food processor. Blend and pulse until a mostly-smooth dough forms.
  • Remove dough from the food processor and transfer to a clean working space. Use hands to form the dough into 1-inch bites. After, roll the bites into optional topping ingredients (coconut shreds, hemp seeds, etc).
  • Store bites inside an airtight container. Keep in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
